摘要
本文在对新疆玛纳斯县5个乡镇的20多个行政村随机抽取400户农户进行入户调查和访谈而获得的调研资料基础上,运用SPSS计量软件对调查数据进行Logistic回归分析,对影响农户流转耕地的因素进行了分析,比较科学地计量了各种因素对农户流转农地行为的影响程度,并总结出玛纳斯县农地流转进程中应该着重解决的问题,旨在为农地流转政策体系的丰富和农地流转制度的创新提供依据。
The household survey and interview were carried out in 400 families selected randomly from o- ver 20 administrative villages of 5 towns in Manas County, Xinjiang. The obtained data was done using Logis-tic regression analysis by SPSS software to study the factors affecting farmland transfer. The degree of the fac-tors affecting farmland transfer was scientifically measured, and then the problems should be solved emphati-cally were summarized. It was expected to provide references for the abundance of policy system and innova-tion of farmland transfer institution.
