摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对某柴油机连杆进行了分析。计算了在25%超速工况下连杆和连杆盖是否会分离,是否有充足的覆盖系数,并观察屈服强度是否超过材料要求;计算了螺栓头部和连杆的接触面压力是否在合理范围内,同时也评估了在扭矩点转速和标定点转速下连杆的疲劳强度是否满足要求。
This paper uses ANSYS software to analyze the connecting rod of a diesel engine, and calculates whether the cap and rod can separate under 25% overspeed condition, and whether there is sufficient cover factor, also observes whether the yield strength of connecting rod have exceeded the material requirement. It also calculates whether the contact pressure between bolt heads and rod is acceptable, and evaluates whether the fatigue strength at torque speed point and normal speed point satisfies the requirement.
