摘要
为探讨治疗环状混合痔的有效方法，采用PPH加皮桥减压术治疗环状混合痔28例（治疗组），并与单纯PPH治疗的环状混合痔28例（对照组）的疗效相比较。结果显示，治疗组在术后肛门水肿、肛门残留皮赘或痔核方面均优于对照组。结果表明，采用PPH加皮桥减压术是治疗环状混合痔的有效方法。
This paper was to discuss the effective therapy for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Treat- ment group（ n =28） received PPH plus decompression of skin bridge,control group （ n =28） underwent PPH alone. Both groups were compared for clinical efficacy afterwards. As results, treatment group was su- perior to control group in postoperative anal edema, residual anal skin tag or hemorrhoids. It is concluded that PPH plus decompression of skin bridge is an effective therapy for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
