摘要
为了提升Ai-Si合金的力学性能和铸造性能,从合金变质的影响因素出发,根据金相组织中共晶硅的形态,分析了变质温度、保温时间以及合金浇注温度对变质效果和Al-Si合金化程度的影响,对Al-Si合金变质及合金化影响要素进行了分析研究。
In order to improve the mechanical property and casting performance of Al-Si alloys, according to the morphology of eutectic silicon in the microstructure, the effect of modification temperature, heat holding time and pouring temperature on the modification effect of the A1-Si alloys was analyzed, and affecting factor on the modification and alloying of AI-Si alloy were studied.
