摘要
与传统的排水管道清淤技术相比,介绍了一种新型的大管径排水管道清淤装置——HCS-Cleaner以及管内船载式水力清淤系统的组成、原理及清淤工作步骤。通过明渠和地面式排水管道清淤的现场试验,分析了该清淤系统的清淤效果和工作特点,表明该技术是一项高效率、低能耗、灵活性强、环境友好型的技术,尤其适合于山地城市排水管网中大管径排水管道的清淤工作。
Based on the comparison with traditional sewer techniques, a new kind of dredging sys- tem for large-diameter sewers, composition, mechanism and namely HCS-Cleaner shipborne hydraulic dredging system as well as its dredging steps were introduced. Through the field tests in the open sewer and the above-ground sewer, the efficiency and characteristics of the dredging system were analyzed. The dredging system is efficient, energy-saving, flexible and environment-friendly. It has a strong adaptabili- ty, especially in the cleaning work of large-diameter sewers in mountainous cities.
