摘要
目的:测定平喘颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量,建立平喘颗粒的质量控制方法。方法:色谱柱为Hy—persilODS2 C_18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈:水(100mL加十二烷基磺酸钠0.4g,磷酸调节pH值为4),体积比为(50:50);检测波长为345nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.1854~0.927μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999。结论:该法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为平喘颗粒的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method of quality control for pingchuan Granule. Methods: The colunm was C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile : water(50: 50)(0.4g SDS in 100mL mobile phase, pH = 4), the detective wave length was at 265nm with the flow rate of 1.0mL/min. Results:The Berberine hydrochloride was linear within the concentration range of 0. 1854-0. 927μg(r=0. 999 9). The average recovery was 99.24%0. Conclusion: This method is simple,practical,strong specificity and good reproducibility, it can be used for the quality control of pingchuan Granule.
