摘要
采用盆栽方法模拟土壤Cd污染状况,研究接种丛枝菌根真菌对黑麦草出苗和生长的影响。结果表明,土壤中施入50 mg·kg-1Cd对菌根侵染率、黑麦草出苗率和生物量无显著影响,甚至有轻微刺激黑麦草生长的趋势,接种丛枝菌根真菌G.versiforme加强了这种趋势;土壤中施入100 mg·kg-1Cd显著降低了菌根侵染率、黑麦草出苗率、生物量及根冠比,而接种丛枝菌根真菌G.versiforme缓解了镉对黑麦草的毒害作用,尤其对黑麦草根系的缓解作用更为明显。
Germination rate and dry weight of ryegrass inoculated arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi was studied in cadmium contaminated soils. Cadmium was added as CdSO4 · 8H2O at 0, 50 and 100 mg kg-1. The plants were harvested at 30 day after germinating. The results showed that the addition of 50 mg kg-l Cd in soil did not reduce mycorrhizal colonization and germination rate of ryegrass. While the dry weight of ryegrass was simulated slightly, the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi G. versiforme strengthened this trend. The addition of 100 mg kg-1 Cd in soil significantly reduced mycorrhizal colonization, germination rate, dry weight and root - shoot ratio of ryegrass. The arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi G. versiforme alleviated the toxic effect of cadmium on dry weight of ryegrass, especially on root dry weight of ryegrass.
