摘要 针对舰艇编队综合协同防空中的作战资源消耗与拦截目标效能的冲突问题,根据模糊决策中决策距离测量方法和指标隶属度概念,分析舰艇编队综合协同防空中各阶段的协同关系,运用协同度函数将模糊决策与动态规划的建模方法相结合,考虑如何协调满足提高编队综合拦截目标概率与降低系统作战资源消耗两个不同的目标函数,寻求基于舰艇编队综合协同防空的多阶段优化的最优均衡策略,为编队综合协同防空决策提供理论依据。 According to conflict problems of the air combat resource consumption and intercept the target efficiency in formation comprehensive cooperative air defense, collaborative relationship in each stage of comprehensive cooperative air defense is analyzed by decision distance measuring method and index membership concept of fuzzy decision-making. Combining fuzzy decision and dynamic planning modeling method by the synergy degree function, two different objective function on improving formation intercept target probability and reducing the system operation resource consumption are considered. The optimal equilibrium strategies based on multi-stage optimization for the comprehensive coordination air defense is studied, which will provide theoretical basis for decision making.
