摘要
以建设单位为主,依据标准、规范、设计文件和施工方案等,确定质量节点,以质量信息为核心,实时采集、发送、反馈信息,形成质量节点法管理信息系统.结合公路建设项目的技术规范,概述了质量节点法管理信息系统的各个组成部分,包括质量节点实时监控、纪实性文档管理、质量检验评定、进度管理、计量支付、监理服务质量评价等子系统.同时分析了质量节点法管理信息系统的主要作用和特点.
According to the standards, specifications,design document and construction plan, the quality node was analyzed. Focusing on quality node, the management information system with quality node for highway item was obtained by real-time acquiring, sending and feedback information. Combined with the technical specifications for highway construction projects,the author summarizes the component part of the management information system with quality node, including the real-time monitoring of quality node,the documentary document management, quality test assessment, schedule management, measurement and payment, supervision service quality evaluation. The main function and characteristics of method management information system with quality node are analyzed.
