摘要
在当今网络时代，微博已成为广大公民表达观点、问政议政的平台。微博议政具有公共性、平等性、交互性、便捷性、震慑性等特点，成为开展舆论监督、推进民主政治建设的有力工具，但也存在着随意性、流动性、非理性和缺乏权威性等弊端。微博议政要趋利避害，重在通过加强引导、管理和建设，使之发挥特长，扬其优势，规避劣势，避免弊端，得到健康有序发展。
In today＇s Internet era, micro-blog has become a social platform for citizens to express views and discuss poli- tics. With features such as publicity, equality, interactivity, expedience, and instant impact, micro-blog has become a powerful tool for carrying out supervision by public opinions, and for developing democratic politics. On the other hand, it has disadvantages such as arbitrariness, volatility, irrationality, and the lack of authoritativeness. Thus, its advantage ne- eds to be pursued, while its disadvantage needs to be avoided for talking about Politics through micro-biog. Emphasis is placed on strengthening guidance, management, and constructive efforts. This is to utilize its strength and benefit, and to avoid its shortcominz and abuse so that it can grow in a healthy and orderly way.
