摘要
在我国，对耕地的保护越来越受重视，而林业资源的保护有待加强，本文旨在探讨如何在物权法下设立我国集体林业的所有权，最终达到利用物权法对林业资源进行保护的目的。
In our country, the protection of arable land is increasingly paid attention to, and the protection of forestry re- sources is to be strengthened. This paper aims to explore how to establish property law on collective forestry ownership, and ultimately make use of it to achieve the purpose to protect forestry resources.
