摘要
资本结构是现代企业融资决策的核心内容。资本结构是否合理关系到企业盈利能力的高低,财务目标的实现。企业成功上市只是实现了融资的突破,未来的可持续发展必须以强有力的盈利能力作为保证。本文依据资本结构理论,通过对汕头18家上市公司资本结构和盈利能力指标的深入分析,总结了他们在资本结构和盈利能力方面的共性,为汕头上市公司未来资本结构的动态调整提供了依据。
The core of modern business＇s financing decision lies in its capital structure,the soundness of which determines business profitability and the realization of its financial objectives.Upon successfully floating on the stock market,business only achieves breakthrough in financing while the sustainable development can only be guaranteed by strong profitability.This paper,based on capital structure theory,thoroughly analyzes the capital structure and profitability of 18 listed companies in Shantou,summarizes their commonalities in that respect,thus offering grounds for the future dynamic regulation of capital structure in Shantou area.
