摘要
研究了固溶+时效处理工艺对真空钎焊6061合金钎焊接头剪切强度和组织的影响。结果表明,510℃的固溶处理可以促使焊缝中原来富集的Si和Mg向母材中扩散,后续的200℃时效处理也有这样的作用。固溶+时效处理后,钎焊接头的剪切强度提高了70%。
The influences of heat treatment on the microstructure and shear strength of the brazed joint of 6061 aluminum alloy after vacuum brazing were researched. The microstructurc and composition of the welded joint were analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results indicate that the 510℃ solution and the 200℃ aging treatment may also promote the diffusion of Si and Mg from the welded joint to the basic alloy.The solution and aging treatment can improve the shear strength of the welded joint.
