摘要
目的 研究动态监测情况下胃食道 p H与自主神经系统 (ANS)之间的相关性 .方法 利用均值变点统计方法 ,对动态监测数据进行变点相关和分段互相关分析 .结果 发现夜间卧位十二指肠胃返流 (DGR)与心率变异 (HRV)诸参数的相关性显著 .夜间卧位胃食道返流 (GER)与 HRV诸参数有一定关系 ,但不如 DGR明显 .白天立位时段的相关性均不明显 .胃食道 p H与 HRV诸参数呈单向相关关系 .结论 部分证实了动态监测情况下上消化道返流与 ANS的关系 ,即ANS功能在不同时段的变化而非 ANS功能本身影响着 GER与 DGR.
AIM To study the relation between the dynamic gastroesophageal pH and autonomic nervous system (ANS). METHODS With mean change point statistics method, the correlation of change point and relation of segment data were analyzed. Transient state analysis and stationary state analysis were both used to dynamic monitoring data. RESULTS Correlation between duodenogastric reflux (DGR) and heartrhythm variability (HRV) parameters was distinct at nighttime supine period. There was definite relation between gastroesophageal reflux (GER) and HRV parameters at the same period. Correlation at daytime upright period was unconspicuous. Correlation between gastroesophageal pH and HRV parameters was unilateral. CONCLUSION The correlation between ANS and upper alimentary tract reflux was partially confirmed, that is, it is the change of ANS function, but not ANS itself that influences DGR and GER.
