摘要
介绍大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁悬臂现浇施工技术研究所依托的"京津城际延伸线天津至于家堡工程跨唐津高速及津滨轻轨80.6 m+128 m+80.6 m连续梁"的工程情况。结合连续梁0#块施工技术,提出详细的临时支墩施工方法、支架搭设与预压方案,并通过预压试验验证支架的安全性和稳定性。介绍模板安装、钢筋绑扎及预应力孔道安装、混凝土浇筑、预应力束张拉、孔道压浆及封锚等施工工艺,明确其中需要特别注意的问题。最后,还介绍连续梁悬臂段和边跨直线段的施工工艺以及边跨、中跨合龙段施工中的关键技术问题。为同类施工提供借鉴。
This paper, firstly, introduces the engineering background of the 80.6 m+128 m +80.6 m continuous beam crossing Tangjin Expressway and Tianjin Binhai Light Rail in Tianjin-Yujiapu section of Beijing-Tianjin intercity extension lines, on which the cantilevered casting construction technology for the long-span prestessed continuous concrete girder is applied. Secondly, this paper gives an introduction of the 0# block construction technology of continuous girder, puts forward the temporary support pier construction method, setting up of working platform and prestressing plan in details, and verifies the safety and stability of working platform through a prestessing experiment. Thirdly, this paper presents construction technologies of formwork installation, steel bar binding, prestressed duct installation, concrete casting, prestressed beam tension, duct grouting and anchor seal, and explicits problems which need to be paid attention to. Lastly, this paper also introduces the construction technology of the cantilever section and side span straight line segment of the continuous girder and the key technology in construction of side span and span closure section. It is of great referential value for similar projecgts.
