摘要
目的 观察百灵丹对高脂血症大鼠脂代谢及血液流变学的影响。方法 采用喂食高脂饲料方法复制大鼠高脂血症模型 ,检测各组大鼠血清及肝组织血脂含量及血液流变学指标变化。结果 百灵丹可降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL -C、HDL -C、TC/HDL -C及肝组织TC、TG含量 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ,并改善血液流变学。结论 百灵丹对高脂血症大鼠有降脂及改善血液流变学作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Bailindan capsule which affects lipid metabolism in rat with hyperlipemia. Methods Rat model of hyperlipemia was made by feeding. Bailindan capsule was taken in treatment group. Serum lipids and changes of hemorheology in rat of every group were measured. Results After taking Bailingdan capsule TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, TC/HDL-C in serum and TG and TC in liver tissue in rat with hyperlipemia were significantly decreased compared with those of control(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Abnormal Hemorrheology was improved. ConclusionsBailingdan pill can produce effect on decreasing serum lipids in rat with hyperlipemia.
