摘要
以重型回转工作台B轴回转静压导轨为研究背景,结合实际工况及静压导轨相关原理,建立单变量函数进行分析、计算,优化了回转静压导轨的结构,提升了B轴回转的动态性能,解决了重型、超重型回转工作台易爬行等问题。
Taking heavy duty rotary table B axis rotary hydrostatic guideway as the research object, combining with the actual working condition and hydrostatic guideway related principle, single variable function was set up to analysis and calculation, the structure of rotary hydrostatic guideway was optimized, so the B axis rotary dynamic performance was promoted. The problem such as heavy and super-heavy rotary table easy to crawl was solved.
