摘要
目的 研究阿霉素热化疗对兔鳞癌细胞 (VX- 2 )的毒性作用 .方法 以体外长期培养的兔 VX- 2细胞为靶细胞 ,采用水浴加温法进行体外细胞毒试验 (MTT法 ) ,观察了热疗 ,化疗及热化疗对兔 VX- 2细胞的生长抑制的影响 .结果 温热和阿霉素对 VX- 2均有一定的抑制和杀伤作用 ,一定方式的两者联合具有协同或相加作用 .热化疗加热温度以 42～ 43℃为佳 ,加热时间以 30及 6 0 min为佳 .结论 加热可以明显提高 VX-
AIM Effect of ADM themochemotherapy on VX-2 was studied. METHODS Rabbit VX-2 cell line was used, and the inhibition of cell growth was observed with MTT assay under water-heating with ADM. RESULTS Both hyperthermia and ADM could inhibit the VX-2 cells or kill the cells directly. The combined use of hyperthermia and ADM showed evident synergistic or additional effects. The best of temperature and the time of hyperthermia were 42~43℃ and 30 or 60 minutes. CONCLUSION Cytotoxic effect of ADM on VX-2 is increased by hyperthermia.
