摘要
人才流失应从危机管理角度加以深刻认识,本文从人才流失危机的特性、危机成因以及如何系统解决人才流失危机方面进行了论述,提出在危机管理的事前、事中和事后三个阶段,分别采取建立预警机制,迅速采取危机沟通,逐步完善管理制度等策略,应对人才流失危机。
Brain drain should be highlighted in view of crisis management. The characters, causes and countermeasures of brain drain are discussed. Early warning, crisis communication and improving management institution should be implemented in pre-occur, occurring and post-occur respectively.
