摘要
制定赣江流域用水总量控制方案,选取主要控制断面进行动态实施,为赣江流域实行最严格的水资源管理制度提供技术支撑.
The total water-using quantity control program in Ganjiang River basin is developped and the main control sections are selected for dynamic implementation in order to provide the technological support for implementing the most strict water resource management system in Ganjiang River basin.
