摘要
与钢铁企业进行对比,从废水处理、投资成本、延伸效益、市场状况、技术力量、国家政策多方面分析了独立焦化企业干熄焦普及率低的原因。介绍了独立焦化企业建设干熄焦采用EMC模式的优点,通过计算经济评价指标分析了该模式的经济可行性,结果显示该模式投资回收期为8.1年,财务内部收益率为14%,财务净现值为2621万元,最后提出实施建议和风险防控要点。
Compared with the steel enterprise, the reasons of low market penetration rate of CDQ Project in Independent Coking Enterprise were analyzed from aspects of wastewater treatment, investment cost, extended benefit, market situation, technical force and national policy. Advantages of application of EMC Mode on CDQ Project in Independent Coking Enterprise were introduced. Economic feasibility was ana lyzed by calculating economy assessment indexes. Investment recovery period was 8.1 a. Internal rate of return was 14%. Net present value was 26.41 million RMB. Suggestions on the implementation of CDQ project were proposed in the end.
