摘要
糖尿病是全球最主要的流行病之一,据WHO的数据,全球目前有糖尿病患者3.47亿,成人患病率9.5%。糖尿病慢性并发症是糖尿病患者主要的致死致残原因。糖尿病慢性并发症产生的原因目前尚不十分清楚,但至少部分是由于长期的高血糖、高血压和脂代谢紊乱引起血管损伤所导致。
