摘要
以IC-dVAL模型为评价基础,运用DEA法对北京、上海、广州三大中心城市2000—2009年间知识资本利用效率情况进行评价分析。研究结果表明,造成各城市知识资本利用效率低下的原因不同,研发投入成为影响城市知识资本利用效率的主要因素,城市在发展过程中应加强对富余知识资本存量的关注。
Based on the IC - dVAL model, this paper evaluates and analyzes the intellectual capital ＇ s utilization efficiency in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou with DEA model. The results show that there are different reasons to lead to the inefficiency among the three central cities. R＆D investment has become the most important factor influencing urban intellectual capital＇ s utilization efficiency, and city managers should give more concern to surplus intellectual capital stock in the city＇ s development process.
