摘要
论述了油页岩灰的化学组成、物理性能和颗粒分布特性 ,介绍了油页岩灰填充母粒的制备方法及其在低填充量下的物理、力学性能、流变性能和断面形态。该填充母粒与碳酸钙填充母粒相比具有优异的耐老性能和较好的流动性 ,可广泛用于挤塑。
Chemical compositions, physical properties and pellet distribution characteristics of oil shale ash were dealt with. Preparation process of filling masterbatch of oil shale ash was introduced. Physical,mechanical and rheological properties and section morphological structure of the masterbatch with less oil shale ash were described. Compared with filling masterbatch of calcium carbonate, the masterbatch of oil shale ash has better anti ageing properties and flowability,it can be widely used for extruded, injection molded and foamed rubber products.
