6063-3A21铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头显微分析 被引量:1

摘要 对6063-3A21异种铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头和焊后经T6热处理的接头显微组织和析出相进行了观察,并测量了接头硬度分布。结果表明,经搅拌摩擦焊后,焊核区材料组织得到细化,析出相被搅碎并弥散分布;T6热处理使6063铝合金侧的析出相进一步细化。反映在硬度上,搅拌摩擦过程使6063铝合金侧的硬度增加,T6处理后进一步提高;较高的焊接速度导致6063-O铝合金侧硬度下降,但是接头的硬度都较母材的有所提高,而3A21铝合金侧焊缝区硬度比母材的低;搅拌头转速提高会导致晶粒的长大,硬度降低。 Microstructure, precipitate and hardness of 6063-3A21 dissimilar friction stir welding joints and welding joints after T6 heat treatment were measured and analyzed. The re- sults showed that grain size of weld nugget became finer due to the friction stir processing, and precipitates were fragmentized and dispersed. The T6 heat treatment resulted in the fur- ther fined grain size of 6063 aluminum alloy. Hardness of 6063 aluminum alloy was improved as a result of friction stir welding, and increased more after the T6 heat treatment. High weld- ing speed decreased hardness of 6063-0 aluminum alloy. Compared with the hardness of par- ent material,hardness of the joints was still higher,while hardness of 3A21 aluminum alloy weld zone was lower. Raising rotating rate led to bigger grain size and lower hardness.
