摘要
采用铁屑/焦炭法对焦化废水进行了深度处理,利用单因素分析法对pH值、反应时间、铁炭投加量等影响因素进行了研究,通过正交实验确定了处理焦化废水的主要影响因素和最佳条件。出水的COD和氨氮等指标都达到了国家一级排放标准。铁屑/焦炭法可作为焦化废水生化出水深度处理的一种有效的方法。
This experiment studied on advance treatment of coking wastewater by iron/coke.The PH value, reaction time, iron-carbon dosage was studied by using single factor analysis, it's determined the main effect of treatment of coking wastewater factors and optimum conditions by orthogonal experiments. Effluent COD and ammonia nitrogen indicators have reached the national-level emission standards. Iron/coke can be used as an effective approach on depth treatment coking wastewater.
