摘要
为了解分离的9株少孢节丛孢菌(Arthrobotrys oligospora)的捕食能力,本研究利用捻转血矛线虫(Haemonchus contortus)三期幼虫,研究了少孢节丛孢菌新分离株在不同营养浓度、环境温度及不同幼虫数条件下的的捕食活性。结果表明:所分离的9株少孢节丛孢菌的捕食活性在一定范围内随着营养浓度和环境温度的升高而呈现先增加后减少,并随着幼虫含量的增加而呈现先增加后保持高水平不变的规律性变化。这为少孢节丛孢菌高效菌株的筛选和动物消化道线虫病生物防控制剂的研发奠定了基础。
To understand the predacious ability of Arthrobotrys oligospora isolated from the soil, we calculated the predacious activity of nine Arthrobotrys oligospora strains to Haemonchus cont ortus La in different conditions, such as nutrient concentration,ambient temperature and the larvae concentration. The results showed that the predacious activity of nine Arthrobotrys oligospora strains increased firstly and then decreased with the rise of the nutrient concentration and the am-bient temperature, but then sustained in a high level with the rise of the larvae concentration. The study made the solid foundation for screening high efficient strains and the biological agent to pre vent livestock gastrointestinal nematode disease.
