成人冠状动脉起源异常256层螺旋CT成像分析

256-SLICE SPIRAL CT ANGIOGRAPHY ANALYSIS ON ANOMALIES ORIGIN OF CORONARY ARTERY IN ADULT

摘要 目的探讨256层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管造影(CTA)诊断成人冠状动脉起源异常的价值。方法回顾性分析4 976例成人冠状动脉256层CT血管成像,观察冠状动脉起源变异的CTA表现。结果 4 976例患者中,共发现冠状动脉起源变异84例,检出率为1.69%。包括右冠状动脉起源异常46例,左冠状动脉起源异常37例,右冠状动脉缺如1例。结论 256层螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA可以准确发现冠状动脉起源异常,是相对无创、有效的检查方法。 Objective To assess the value of 256 - slice spiral CT in the evaluation of anomalies origin of coronary artery in adult. Methods The coronary CTA images of 4796 adult patients were retrospectively analyzed. The CTA find- ings of anomalies origin of coronary were assessed. Results Among the 4976 cases,there were 84 patients with anomalies origin of coronary artery, detection rate was 1.69 %. They were including anomalies origin of the right coronary artery(RCA} in 46 patients, the left coronary artery(LCA) in 37 patients, congenital absence of RCA 1 patient. Conclusion As an safety and effective method, the 256 - slice spiral CT angiog- raphy (CTA) can detect the anomalies origin of coronary artery with high resolutiono
