摘要
在VC++开发环境下,利用GIS开发工具Mapinfo的MapX组件,设计地理信息监控系统。通过电瓶车信息采集系统客户端软件的实际运用证明了这种方法的实用性,实现了传输数据、地图控制、数据管理等主要功能。
The design of geographic information monitor system is presented based on MapX and VC ＋ ＋. The correctness and usability of this method are proved by the sample of battery locomotive information monitor software. This system includes function of data transmission, map controlling and data management.
