摘要
目的:探讨中医临床护理路径在桡骨远端骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:将80例桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为对照组40例和研究组40例,对照组采用传统方法进行护理,研究组实施中医临床护理路径进行护理。结果:研究组的住院时间较对照组短,研究组的住院费用和并发症较对照组少,研究组心理状况、配合功能锻炼情况以及遵医行为明显优于对照组,研究组患者的满意率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医临床护理路径是一种安全、高效的护理模式,能减少住院时间及患者费用,减少并发症,提高满意度,有利于对患者的护理,值得推广。
Objective：To investigate the clinical nursing path in application of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with fracture of the distal radius. Method：80 cases of distal radius fracture patients were randomly divided into control group of 40 cases and 40 cases in the experimental group,the control group used the traditional methods of care,the experimental group used the implementation of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing pathway. Result：Hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than in the control group,cost of hospitalization andcomplications in experimental group compared with the control group,the experimental group patient satisfaction was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The TCM clinical nursing pathway is a safe,effective nursing mode,can reduce the cost,hospitalization time and decrease complications,improve satisfaction,is conducive to the care ofpatients,is worthy of promotion.
