摘要
介绍了奥钢联结晶器振动反向控制模型及振动参数,结合正负滑动时间的表达式推导出用C参数表示的正负滑动时间表达式。研究了影响铸坯表面质量(振痕间距、振痕深度)、保护渣消耗量的因素,明确了铸坯表面质量、保护渣消耗与连铸工艺参数的关系。详细研究了振动参数与振痕深度、保护渣消耗量的关系,为振动参数的优化指明了方向。就某钢厂高碳钢保护渣消耗量不足的情况进行了振动参数的优化调整,经优化调整,保护渣消耗不足的现象得到了明显改善。
The present paper introduced the inverse control model and oscillation parameters of a VAI mold oscillation system and derived the positive and negative strip time expression with parameter C combined with the positive and negative strip time expression. The factors affecting the quality of the slab surface including the pitch of oscillation marks and the depth of oscillation marks as well as the consumption of the mold powder were investigated. The relationship between the quality of the slab surface, the consumption of the mold powder and the parameters of the continuous casting was clarified. The relation among oscillation parameters, the depth of oscillation marks and the consumption of the mold powder was investigated and the direction for the optimization of vibration parameters was determined. The optimal adjustment of the oscillation parameters in the situation of the lack of the consumption of the mold powder of high carbon steel was carried out. It is tound that the situa- tion of the lack of the consumption of the mold powder has been significantly improved.
