复元醒脑汤对糖尿病脑梗死大鼠脑组织梗死体积的影响 被引量:8

Effect of “Fuyuan Xingnao Decoction”on Infarct Volume in Rats with Diabetic Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的:观察复元醒脑汤对糖尿病脑梗死大鼠脑组织梗死体积的影响。方法:选择120只SPF级SD雄性大鼠,随机分为正常组24只、造模型组96只。糖尿病造模成功后不进行治疗,予高脂饲料喂养2周,再将糖尿病大鼠随机分为脑梗死假手术组、模型组及治疗组。治疗组每日以复元醒脑汤灌胃,正常组、假手术组、模型组予等容量的生理盐水灌胃,每天2次,连续3~7d。模型组实施自体血栓栓塞梗死术。末次灌胃后,实验大鼠予以10%水合氯醛深度麻醉,快速断头取脑,将脑组织切片并TTC染色,用薄层扫描仪测定脑梗死体积。结果:正常组和假手术组大鼠的脑组织无梗死灶;而另外两组均存在不同程度的梗死,其中治疗组的脑梗死体积显著小于模型组(P<0.01);模型组与假手术组比较具有极显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:复元醒脑汤可缩小糖尿病脑梗死大鼠脑组织的梗死体积。 Objective: To observe the effect of " Fuyuan Xingnao Decoction" on infarct volume of rats with diabetic cerebral infarction. Methods: One hundred and twenty SD male rats were randomly divided into two groups: 24 rals in normal group and 96 rats in model group. Diabetes models were established and untreated, high fat diet for 2 weeks later, the diabetic rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and treatment group. The rats in treatment group were treated with "Fuyuan Xingnao Decoction" daily by garage, and rats in notarial group, sham operation group and model group were treated with the same volume of normal saline, twice a day, and 3-7 day continuously. The rats in model group were carried out autologous thromboembolism infarction. After the last administration, the rats were treated with 10% chloral hydrate and their brains were removed quickly. The brain tissue of rats was sliced and stained and infarct volume was determined by TLC scanner. Results: No infarction was found in normal group and sham operation group; there were infarction in the other two groups, and the infarct volume in treatment group was less than that of the model group significantly (P 〈 0.01 ) ; there was a significant difference between the model group and the sham operation group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: " Fnyuan Xingnao Decoction" can decrease tl^e infarct volume in rats with diabetic cerebral infarction.
