摘要
随着专项资金在高等教育资金投入中所占比重的不断增大,高校在专项资金管理上存在的问题日益凸显。正是基于绩效这一视角,分析有效构建高校专项资金的内部管理体系,探索出一条适合高校专项资金管理的发展之路。
With the increase of special funds in higher education, some problems in the management of special funds have become increasingly prominent. In this paper, from the aspect of performance, the author analyzes the effective measures to construct the internal management system of university special funds and explores a suitable way for special funds to develop.
