摘要
本文对交通运输突发性环境污染事故发生突然、危害严重等特点,阐述了应急监测在污染事故中的关键作用,为污染物的控制提供科学依据。为应对化学品交通运输突发性环境污染事故提出了应急监测与预防的建议和要求。
In this paper, characteristics of sudden, serious harm to the transportation of sudden environmental pollution accident emer- gency monitoring, expounds the key role in the pollution accidents, and provide scientific basis for the control of pollution. The emergency monitoring and prevention suggestions and requirements for chemical transportation emergency environmental pollution accident.
