摘要
本文根据露天煤矿建设项目所产生的特有环境问题特点,阐述了该类建设项目竣工环境保护验收调查的范围和重点,分析了调查报告的编制内容,着重对如何进行露天煤矿竣工环境保护验收调查工作,从污染影响监测与调查,生态环境影响调查、社会环境影响调查三个方面在施工期的回顾调查及试运行期的监测调查两个时间段上作相应介绍,为编制露天煤矿环境保护竣工验收调查报告提供借鉴。
This paper is according to the open pit coal mine construction project of special characteristics of environmental issue illus- trates this kinds of construction project＇s environmental protection completion acceptance investigation scope and key, analyses the contents of the investigation reports, and mainly introduces how to be in progress environmental protection completion acceptance in open pit coal mine. From the effect of pollution monitoring and investigation, ecological environmental impact investigation, the influence of social environment investigation three aspects made a corresponding introduction for in the construction period of review and monitoring investigation and trial op- eration period.
