摘要
协同创新是科技创新的新形式,而组织界面的存在严重影响了协同创新的开展。文章探讨了协同创新组织界面的产生原因,运用结构模型对协同创新组织界面的影响因素进行分层梳理,得出组织间合作状态和协同创新成果对接是影响组织界面形成的最直接因素,进行了结论分析并提出相应的界面管理措施;同时以项目为突破口,用协同创新项目结构分解和协同创新责任分配矩阵进行协同创新组织界面的协调管理。
Collaborative innovation is a new form of scientific and technological innovation, however the organization interface have an adverse effect on the synergetie Innovation. First of all, based on connotation of the organization interface of the synergetie innovation, this article tries to analyze the causes of organization interface. Secondly, using the structure model for influencing factors of the organization interface to layer comb, this article obtain a result that the state of cooperation between organizations and the docking result of the synergetic Innovation is the most direct factors affecting organization interface, so as to control the organization interface from the aspect of reason. In the end, makes breakthrough about the innovative projects, using the work breakdown structure and responsibility assignment matrix to coordinate and manage the organization inter- face of the synergetic innovation.
