以精益思想为指导,不断减少高速公路工程项目建设过程中不确定的和无序因素所带来的浪费和无效作用,探索高速公路精益建造的模式,力求改善成本管理、质量管理和进度管理,提高公路施工企业的运营效率和经济效益。因此,探讨精益建造在高速公路工程项目中的应用就具有非常重要的现实意义。
Guided by lean thinking, continuous reduce the waste and invalid effect caused by uncertain and disorder factors during the process of expressway project, to explore the mode of lean construction for expressway construction, strive to perfect the cost management, quality management and schedule management, improve the operating efficiency and economic benefit of highway construction enterprise. Therefore, discuss the application of lean construction in the expressway is of great significance.
