摘要
改革开放以来,北京城市化率得到了较大幅度的提高,目前北京市城市化程度在我国属于较高水平。城市化率的变化是一个复杂现象,受到很多因素影响。从产业结构变化的角度看,当一个城市的城市化率达到较高水平后,进一步提高其城市化程度,必将依靠服务业的大力发展,特别是现代服务业的(生产性服务业)突破性发展。
Since the implementation of the reform and opening policy, the urbanization rate of Beijing has already got a great improvement; the current urbanization rate of Beijing is at a high level in China. The change of urbanization rate is a complex issue and affected by many factors. From the perspective of industrial structure change, when the urbanization rate of a city reaches a rather high level, it must depend on a high devel- opment of service industry, especially the breakthrough development of modern service industry （productive service industry）.
