摘要
当前,我国复合型数字出版人才极为短缺。数字出版人才培养理念、专业及课程设置、师资队伍、教学模式等存在一些突出问题。对此,高校应该更新人才培养理念,调整专业设置并适度扩大培养规模;增加应用型、实践类课程,完善课程体系;多角度、多层次合作办学,提高人才培养的开放程度;重视培训交流,以产教研促进教师队伍建设。
There has been short of the interdisciplinary digital publishing talents in the labor market at present. There exist some problems that blocked the development of digital publishing education, such as training ideas, major and curriculum design', teachers training and teaching methods, etc. It' s necessary to renew the training thoughts, majors, training scale, practical courses and improve curriculum system in order to enhance the level of openness of talent training.
