摘要
针对楚雄州农业科学研究推广所在植物品种权保护方面取得的成功经验,进一步分析品种权保护工作的重要性,提出了加强对知识产权保护工作重要性的认识,努力提高科研水平,扩大科研成果申请产权的保护范围等保护品种权的建议。
In view of the successful experience in plant varieties protection, the importance of the protection work at Chuxiong Extensional Institute of Agricultural Research was further studied. At last, some suggestions for how to protect good varieties were put forward.
