摘要
对桂林荸荠、安徽荸荠、本地荸荠3个荸荠品种的植物学性状、商品性、品质、产量、产值进行对比。试验结果表明,安徽荸荠与本地荸荠在植物学特性方面具高度相似性,但安徽荸荠经济性状方面较优;桂林荸荠肉质细嫩,化渣爽口,是优质的水果型品种,而安徽荸荠产量高、球茎大、糖度高、耐贮运,农户应根据当地市场的消费需求与习惯,合理安排种植品种和种植比例。
In the paper, we compared the botanical characters, commodity characters, quality, yield, output value of Guilin water chestnut, Anhui water chestnut and the local water chestnut. The results showed that, Anhui water chestnut had highly similar botanical characters with local water chestnut, but Anhui water chestnut possessed better economic traits. Guilin water chestnut was a high-quality fruit cultivar which possessed tender flesh and was tasty and refreshing. Anhui water chestnut had large corms, high sugar content, excellent storage resistant. Farmers should choose suitable cultivars and planting proportion based on the local market demands and habits.
