摘要
由于乙醇汽油中含游离硫和活性硫化物,致使电动燃油泵内部零部件(铜换向器)锈蚀,导致磨损加剧,造成电动燃油泵的接触电阻增大,负载增加,电动燃油泵的电流升高,进而导致烧保险。通过对电动燃油泵烧保险的原因进行分析,提出了解决方案,对提高电动燃油泵的可靠性具有很大的帮助。
Because gasoline contains free of sulfur and active suttur, the electric fuel pump internal components （coppercommutator）, corrosion, wear, cause the contact resistance increase of the electric fuel pump load increase, the current of electric fuel pump increases, resulting in fire insurance, through the analysis of the cause of electric fuel pump to burn insurance, and put forward the solution of using carbon commutator, has a great help to improve the reliability of electric fuel pump.
