摘要
通过调查分析山东科技大学科研人员利用文献的情况,提出了用H指数评价科研人员、为科研人员提供核心期刊、建设特色信息资源、参与图书馆联盟等新举措。
New measures that should be taken by library to provide information service for scientific researchers were proposed, such as to evaluate scientific researchers using H index, provide core journals for scientific re- searchers, to develop characteristic information resources, and to participate in library colleague, by investigating and analyzing the access to literature in scientific researchers of Shandong University of Science and Technology.
