摘要
结合上海长江大桥B1标段的50 m移动模架施工,介绍了移动模架施工连续箱梁的线形控制技术,论述了移动模架预压和预拱度设置方法,涵盖从移动模架各工况理论挠度分析、预压数据分析、预拱度设置、箱梁施工控制以及一系列技术及施工要求,对移动模架施工连续箱梁的线形控制有一定的指导意义。
This paper mainly, combined with the Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge B1 section using 50 m mobile frame, introduces the linear control technology of continuous box girder, including the mobile frame preloading and camber setting method. It covers the theory deflection analysis of mobile frame under allkinds of working condition, pre-pressure data analysis and camber setting, box beam construction control and a series of technologies and construction requirements, which can provide reference for the mobile frame construction of continuous box beam linear control.
