摘要
采用抑菌圈测定法对五味子(Shisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill)乙醇提取液进行抑菌试验,对大肠埃希氏杆菌的抑菌效果进行测定。研究结果表明,乙醇浓度80%vol、提取时间4h、提取次数1次、乙醇用量3倍时,五味子乙醇提取液抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径达到最大值20.2mm。
The antibacterial experiment with ethanol extract of Shisandra chinensis was carried out and the bacteriostatic effect of Shisandra chinensis extract on Eschenchia coli was determined by the bacteriostatic circle measurement method. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol concentration 80%vol, extraction time lh, extraction times 1. Under these optimal conditions, the bacteriostatic effect was the best, which bacteriostatic ring reached a maximum of 20.2mm.
