墓头回木脂素类化学成分及细胞毒活性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:提取分离墓头回木质素类化学成分,研究墓头回木脂素类成分的细胞毒活性。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析、高效液相柱层析等方法分离、纯化化合物,利用NMR、MS等现代波谱技术解析化合物化学结构;MTT法研究化合物体外细胞毒活性。结果:从墓头回中分离得到3个木脂素类成分,鉴定其为:nortrachelogenin(Ⅰ)、(+)-pinoresinol(Ⅱ)、(+)-lariciresinol(Ⅲ);3个化合物体外对PC-3、SGC、NB-4等肿瘤细胞具有一定的抑制作用。结论:墓头回中存在木脂素类成分,该类成分对PC-3、SGC、NB-4等肿瘤细胞具有抑制作用。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents and the anti - tumor activity of Diversifolious Patrinia Root. Methods : The constituents were isolated on silica gel , PTLC and HPLC. Their structures were identified by UV,^ 1H - NMR, 13 C - NMR, HSQC, and HMBC. Results : Three compounds were isolated and identified as nortrachelogenin ( I ), ( + ) -pinoresinol( Ⅱ), ( + ) -lariciresinol( Ⅲ) ;three compounds had inhibition to human tumor ceils. Conclusion:Ef- fective parts of Diversifolious Patrinia Root has the lignans components, and compounds I , II and In can significantly in- hibit PC - 3, SGC and NB - 4 tumor cells.
