摘要
目的:研究天舒胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗躯体形式障碍(SFDs)的疗效。方法:将76例SFDs的患者随机分为两组,观察组为:天舒胶囊联合帕罗西汀,对照组为:单用帕罗西汀,疗程为4周。两组在开始用药的2周均同时每晚服用氯硝西泮0.5-1mg。分别于治疗第2和第4周末观察比较两组躯体形式障碍临床症状改善情况及症状自评量表90项(SCL-90)躯体化因子分和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果:两组治疗后与治疗前相比,躯体形式障碍临床症状及SCL-90躯体化因子评分和HAMD评分均有明显改善(P<0.01);与对照组比较,观察组临床症状改善更好、更快(P<0.05)。结论:天舒胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗躯体形式障碍,可促进其临床症状的缓解,提高治疗效果。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of Tianshu Capsule combined with paroxetine on the treatment of somatoform disorder. Methods： A total of 76 patients with somatoform disorder were randomly divided into 2 groups, the observed group and control group. Observed group was treated with Tianshu Capsule and paroxetine tablets. Control group was treated only with Paroxetine Tablets. The progress was 4 weeks. During the first two weeks, all the patients were treated with Clonazepam 0.5-1mg q.n. They were compared in the clinical symptoms, the factor score of SCL-90 and the score of HAMD at the last of 2nd and 4th week after the treatment in the two groups. Results： The clinical symptoms, the factor score of SCL-90 and the score of HAMD in two groups were significantly improved after treatment （P〈0.01）, and the effect in observed group was faster and better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tianshu Capsule combined with paroxetine improves clinical symptoms faster and has better efficacy in the treatment of somatoform disorder.
