摘要
宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)是与宫颈侵润癌相关的一组癌前病变,是组织从正常细胞发展到癌细胞的关键阶段,它反映宫颈癌发生发展的连续过程。名老中医李光荣教授根据多年临证经验及对宫颈癌前病变的理论认识,认为如果在此阶段及时进行正确治疗,绝大多数病例可以治愈。文章系统总结李教授运用中医辨证论治及宫颈Ⅰ号栓等内外合参的方法治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌的经验,并附验案举隅。
Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN） is associated with cervical invasion of carcinoma associated with a group of precancerous lesion, is the key stage from normal cells to cancer cells, it reflects the development of cervical carcinoma by continuous process. The famous professor LI Guang-rong of traditional Chinese medicine is based on years of clinical experience on precancerous lesions of uterine cervix theoretical understanding, thinks that if this stage is timely and correct treatment, the vast majority of cases can be cured. This paper summarized professor LI with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of cervical I stype as the combining methods of treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer, and listed proven cases.
