摘要
目的提高基层医院病区用药安全。方法分析影响基层医院病区用药安全的原因,实施整改措施:控制科室备用药品品种及数量;科室应用新药采取首用负责制;加强与药剂科沟通,采用信息化提示;药物治疗过程中,采取开放性核对;多途径收集药物相关知识。结果整改后科室备用药品管理规范;避免了无效核对导致的用药错误;更好地掌握药物知识,新药能正确应用。结论通过落实有效的整改措施,保障了基层医院的病区用药安全。
Objectives： To promote the safety of medication in inpatient areas. Methods： Analyzing the factors that impairs medication safety in primary hospitals and implementing countermeasures, namely： controlling the kinds and amounts of departmental drug stock; implementing the first-administer-accountability policy when using new drugs in a department; strengthening communication between doctors and pharmacists and adopting electronic reminders; adopting open verification in drug therapy; and collecting drug-related information from multiple channels. Results： Drug management was standardized after the rectification. Medication errors caused by invalid verification were avoided. Doctors demonstrated more knowledge about drugs and were able to use new drugs correctly. Conclusions： Medication safety in primary hospital inpatient areas was ensured by implementing effective rectification measures.
