摘要
人感染H7N9禽流感患者大多是危重的传染病患者,正确转运,实行集中救治至关重要。我院收治的14例确诊和疑似患者共进行了12人次转运工作,在转运工作中做好患者病情评估,要求医院之间无缝隙对接,告知家属并取得同意,准备好转运车辆和各类急救物品,随车人员做好防护,认真设计转运路线及随时保持信息畅通,有效保证了患者安全转运。
Most patients infected with H7N9 influenza were of critical conditions, making it crucial to transfer them correctly for collective treatment. Among the 14 cases of confirmed and suspected H7N9 patients in our hospital, 12 were transferred. In the transferal process, several tasks should be achieved to ensure patient＇s safety, namely： assessing patient＇s condition; asking destination hospital for ＂seamless transfer＂; informing the relatives and obtaining consent; preparing vehicles and first-aid kits; preparing prophylaxis for in-vehicle staff; and carefully designing route and keeping communication smooth.
